You will receive a pair of keys on arrival at the Apartment. Please treat the apartment as your own house not as a hotel. If you have any issues let us know we will try to solve them asap.
We are your host and cohost, we are not your personal caretaker. Don't get irritated at us when something feels wrong, we are also human giving a lot better service and rooms than most hotels here.

1. Don't smoke in the room, there is a full terrace area just outside your room, you can smoke there.
2. While checking in don't make faces when we ask you to make a guest entry
3. don't call us every 2 min asking about basic things, we are all grown-ups, it is a house, just like yours.
4. something that doesn't seem right to you, you can object to us, but don't expect us to be a genie and appear at the next second in your room, we have jobs too. it is not a hotel, I hope my guest understands this.
