"The sink in the room had a really bad leak when we got there, they where trying to move us to another room that night but it didn’t have the ocean view which I had paid for so I told them no. When I went downstairs to inform them of what was going on the maintenance person just knocked on the door one time and didn’t wait for anybody to answer. My partner was in the bed with no clothes on and he still proceeded to go in the bathroom to look at the leak which was very unacceptable. So the next morning I went back down to speak with a manager about what had happened and about the leak in the bathroom. The bathroom are very outdated, they promote that they have microwaves in the room and didn’t. For the amount I paid for it wasn’t worth it at all."
