"This hotel is very beautiful and the people in the front desk are very helpful. Kind all the workers there. Also I wouldn’t wanna stay anywhere else and I wanna tell them all. Thank you for all the hard work. Our room was very clean quiet and very comfortable."

"Everyone should at least stay at these old world places at least once. We did not get a chance to use the Tap Room or any of the amenities at the hotel since it was Mother's day but once everyone went home, we got a chance to sit in the lobby and take in the grandness of it all. We stayed in 628 and the bathroom was run downed with a cracked sink, peeling paint, and a cracked seat in the shower. The room was better and well appointed. I was wondering if you get this type of room when you use a third party reservation place like Hotels.com."

The coffee was weak (you could see right through it) and it was always lukewarm, never hit. Not even in the am. The water for the was also lukewarm O liked the fact that they had HBO… The room was spacious"
