"We reserved two queen beds but upon arrival were told none were available and switched to a king with sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was covered in plastic which made sleep impossible. Room was clean though and everything else was fine."

"First of all, I have a disabled husband, and the fact that the elevators were out of order may be very upset. I think that they should’ve expressed this to me before I finished booking the role at the front desk so we had to carry many mini bags and suitcases up three flights of stairs the lady in the front desk kind of marked at me when I asked for a different room she said there was none available. This was the most horrible stay I ever had at a best Western and I usually stay at best Westerns all the time. I will never stay at this one in Victorville ever again."

"Breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast area she was very welcoming she keep area clean and did her best in always refilling food containers when they were empty. She was amazing. Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!"

"Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had no choice but to accept since he literally said all rooms were booked and there was nothing else he could do. Mind you we’re tired, I’m pregnant and we know this was the best hotel in the area. All others have low ratings and not in the safest areas. The hotel he chose for us was terrible; the walls were so thin we heard every word from our neighbors and every foot step from the neighbors above. Our sleep was ruined and so was the end of our trip. The room smelled and although customer service was nice it doesn’t make up for such a last minute change and giving our room away. I’ve never experienced anything like this from reserving a room through the app. I’ve traveled both nationwide and international without ever dealing with my reservation being given away. Clearly the only reason I can write a review is because they used my reservation….Best part about it we didn’t have to pay a dime, but I would have rather paid for better sleep and peace of mind."
