When I reached at the hotel, the hotel guys informed me that the booking is not confirmed as they are not taking bookings from Expedia and I had to pay thrice of the amount I was supposed to pay. Even after that I couldn't reach the customer service team, they we're picking up the call but not speaking to me. The most horrible thing was the room was dirty and the bedsheets and quilt cover was dirty. To cut short, my whole tour was compromised due to you guys.
