"Goyo is a fabulous host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and feels like a home instead of a holiday rental. The terrace is fabulous and the BBQ and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is stunning too. Shopping can be done in Cervera or Guardo. The former smaller and prettier. Could not recommend this place any higher/ 10/10!"

"Our family loved our stay at La Cass de las Chimeneas and at Tudes in general. These pictures here do not do it justice. Absolutely beautiful, the pool was perfect for the kids to relax and play after a day of hiking, the owners had left information about local walks to do in the beautiful area, and the restaurant across the street was delicious. The store is about a 12 min drive. The views of the mountains are stunning. My favorite place we stayed in Spain!"

"We cannot fault this property - immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. We needed somewhere to unwind and re-charge our batteries, and this was it! "Wonderful traditional hotel in a stunning part of the Picos de Europa. Getting there is an event in itself; after you've passed through magnificent scenery, you're faced with a winding road to the top of the mountain, passing through two tunnels. Once there, you're on the edge of a charming village, and although the hosts speak little English, we both got by with the help of Google Translate! The hosts do everything they can to make you feel welcome and at the heart of a traditional Spanish home. Excellent walking from the hotel, stunning views and amazing home-cooked local food. Delicious breakfasts and evening meals – make sure you experience the restaurant. Thanks for a great couple of nights."

"Arrived late afternoon so had to ring as no one on reception. Arrived promptly. Very helpful. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the cafe below as we had food to use before getting the boat home but we were asked. Very quiet in the winter months. Would stay again. "

"Excellent place for families, a rural house where you can experience the life of a small town in northern Spain. The house is well equipped, with comfortable bathroom and bedrooms. The town has an ATM, some small restaurants and a small supermarket. Situated in the middle of mountains and amazing parks. Very safe roads and very friendly local people"

"A surprisingly pleasant stay despite initial impressions outside and the general location. The rooms, there were 4 of us, were very spacious and had everything we needed. A nice breakfast was included. The only real negative was we didn't know there was no restaurant service Fri to Sun....we arrived Fri for 2 nights. Staff helpful."
