Interior
On the ground floor you have a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 Godin chatelaine stoves (specially for cooking enthusiasts!). A bedroom with double bed + a mezzanine with 2 single beds for children, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. 30m² terrace with gas BBQ and breathtaking views of the countryside. Beautiful sunsets. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms with shower room and toilet + 1 double bedroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the basement small hall and laundry room/cellar with washing machine. Possibility to place your bikes.

Exterior
Superb fenced garden with secure and of course a private swimming pool. There are several terraces where you can have your lunch (in the sun or in the shade). Covered parking for 4 cars.

The surroundings
Domme, La Roque Gageac, Sarlat, Rocamadour, St-Cirq Lapopie, Cahors, Figeac, Gouffre de Padirac, Lascaux caves… everything is to visit within a short distance. Located halfway between the Dordogne and Lot rivers, you have a wide choice of various activities such as boat trips and kayaking, cycling and mountain biking, hiking, golf, hot air ballooning, ... For horse lovers, there is an equestrian center 400m from the house. Shops and restaurants nearby.
