"when looking for the accomodation, it was difficult to understand if we were booking a room or an an appartment. we wanted 2 rooms for two people and we ended with booking 2 appartments!! that we were not able to cancel :-( secondly, the way to register is quite complex and even if you give your phone number on hotels.com, the host didn't receive it. I had some mails... in my spam box :-( :-( so the check in was quite complex. beside that everything was ok"

"The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away. Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax...

"Our stay at the villa was fantastic! Valeria was such a gracious host and made the check-in process a breeze. The property’s is literal steps from the ocean (you can see it from the villa!). Has everything you need, and having the upstairs balcony to have morning coffee was delightful as you get to enjoy the sunshine. Host looked after us well and the property is located great for exploring, not too far from Cagliari airport either. Will love to return"

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. "We stayed here with our teen kids & parents in their mid seventies. The villa was spacious & clean & had everything you could possibly need & more from beach towels to board games. Elvira is the perfect host & went out of her way to send additional information about nearby shops, activities etc, helped with taxi booking & also greeted us with a lovely welcome hamper. "We’ve just spent the most idyllic 5 days at Villa Pinna. The location is quiet and surrounded by superb views of mountains. The local village is quiet but had enough shops to get what we needed.
