"The Good: The motel looked nice and the rooms were pleasant looking and clean. Parking was good. The price was good. The staff was kind. The heating & cooling was a little loud but it worked fine. Less Good: -There were no night stands by either of the two queen beds. -There was only one weird bed lamp swiveling between the beds mounted on the wall. The only sink was outside the bathroom in line-of-sight to the bed. So, there's no way to use the sink in the light without waking up my wife. -I went to the lobby to ask about a place to eat and the door was locked with a "be right back" sign on it."

"The rooms were almost like separate little cabins! It was very peaceful here, and the proximity to the ferry terminal is fantastic. The breakfast was continental, so not a huge selection, but it was plentiful. The price makes this stay very reasonable."

"This was a very nice property with easy access to the beach, a PRIVATE beach so you pretty much have it all to ourselves. We loved skipping rocks while watching the various clams squirt seawater above the rocks. The firepit was sheltered from the wind and cozy. The cabin itself is the cleanest "cabin" i have ever stayed in. Small as you would expect and very nice. The owners were very thoughful and left a little gift. They were very easy to reach and very kind. They are what you would want over an impersonal vacation rental management company and was that cherry on top. I would definitely stay here again, you probably shouldn't though because now there won't be openings. So ignore everything i said!"
