"Rooms far more spacious than what the photos looked to be. Plenty of chilly AC, AND ceiling fans. Mattresses the most comfortable I've ever slept in !Breakfast waiting in the fridge? Unheard of !!Relatively quiet neighborhood with the rare exception of neighbor's daytime dog. Liked the private parking driveway and the walk to Lock Stock and Barrel was only 2 blks away.No grocery nearby, but we weren't around enough to cook anything. (Fully stocked kitchen tho and washer and dryer in basement.) The ONLY hitch....A beautiful media entertainment center with big screen TV that was totally unwilling to cooperate for broadcast viewing. Wanted to see Monday Night football and no amount of troubleshooting by 2 people produced zero results. : (Highly doubt I'll be returning to Decatur the town I grew up in, but I cannot recommend highly enough this hidden cottage just off Eldorado Ave. A wholly enjoyable road trip overall.
