Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). "The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station and only a few minutes on foot to a supermarket. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram stop was within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. In short, it was a fantastic hotel.
However, the internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. That said, simply toggling the Wi-Fi on and off on my laptop usually restored the connection, so it wouldn’t be a major issue unless you need a stable connection for online meetings. Also, the refrigerator was a bit too cold, and the sparkling water I stored inside ended up freezing. It might have been possible to adjust the temperature, but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I could have asked the front desk, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience."
