Doors use electronic key cards but they only work briefly, then you have to get them fixed in the reception. Had to do this million times.

Love the welcome glass of champagne! Easy walking to CHM and the theater and Zareens! Beautiful and swanky hotel.

This is just truly ok. Not great, but not terrible. Certainly not worth the expensive price tag associated with it. It is clean though. The building and rooms are very dated. Minimal perks. Lobby ran out of coffee before 9:30 all three days I was there. Don’t recommend overall for the price.
