False advertisement of property
First, this property was advertised as NEW. It was not new it was probably built in the 70s and has the vibe of a dirty motel 6. DO NOT bring your family with little kids here you will be concerned for your safety. Drug addicts around the outside of door and you can’t lock the door properly. The place smells of mold/mildew, smoke, and wet dog. Absolutely disgusting. My son had an allergic reaction from the mold. Water damage evidence everywhere and bed bug remnants. There is NO COLD WATER… what so ever. Only hot water coming from faucets. The pictures make it look like you are overlooking a pool/tiki bar. No,, you look out the balcony and it’s grass area, construction, and, a place to access the beach by car. No thanks— we came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had no choice but to vacate the property. With 4 little ones under 10 years old and there was no way I could keep them in those conditions. When we notified the property owner he did not respond for an extended time. We requested a refund for the 2 additional nights we would not be staying there and he refused. We left to pull up the car and when we returned the door wouldn’t open!!!! The lock mechanism was stuck in a loop. The property owner would not respond and we were LOCKED OUT and couldn’t get our bags for about 30 mins. He finally gave us the key code to the lock box so we could get the door open. We struggled for 20 mins before we figured out how to trick the mechanism of the door.Terrible experience!!!
