Perfect view in center of it all!

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Only hiccup was one elevator down for a day- but that happens. Highly recommend.🙂

Just what we needed

Easy to arrive, even though it was after hours (10:30pm). Excellent view. Great location, right on the beach and close to the Ocean Center for our event.

Unexpected mess

Room was terrible. Had to clean it up before we could even stay in it. Showerhead was so bad that it just trickling out. You have to stand right under the showerhead to even get enough water on you to rinse and then it was hard to do. The shower doors were just barely opening close. Nothing like it showed it was on the Internet I will never rent again.

Not that bad but

Not to bad of a stay. Our view was amazing on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony to just relax and watch everything happening below. My only complaint and it seriously sucked was the shower. It was basically a dribble out of the spout. And for it being our first time to Florida it was extremely hot and sweaty and to come back to our verbo and have to struggle to take a shower and struggle to wash soap out and off was terrible. And the tub was pretty dirty assuming because of the zero pressure to wash off.

Sister weekend

My sister and I took both our babies here for a weekend beach trip and this place was so much fun! The view was beautiful. Super convenient to local restaurants. Access to the beach was easy and they were next to the splash pad which they loved!

March getaway

Property info was accurate and I appreciated how uncluttered it was compared to other units. However the kitchen supplies are very limited. Ex. 3 forks, no teaspoons, broken can opener, no toaster, 1 stem glass, no kitchen towel or cloth, and 1 hanger in the closet. After a trip to the dollar store, we enjoyed the rest of our time there and would consider this unit again.

The room was clean. The only real problem we had with the parking. There is not enough parking for the number of guests. We ended up parking over a block away from the property. Not happy.

Great location

Place is exactly as pictured. Spectacular view. The angle of the building allowed us to see all the north beach and pier and part of the city. We could watch the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony. Walking distance to everything. As we arrived after hours, there was not a parking permit inside the unit as mentioned on the instructions we received. But the staff on duty was very kind and promptly solved the issue. We would stay here again.

Good Little Property

This was a comfortable studio condo which felt surprisingly big. Great outdoor pool and close to everything we wanted to see.

Great get away

The place was clean and tidy. We received all the information in advance on door codes and procedures for getting into the condo. There is no reception but having stayed at the building before we knew the drill. The only issue we had was our parking permit was filled out from previous renter and had wrong dates. It was a bit of confusing and frustrating having to email about the issue with worries about being charged for non emergency phone calls to manager. But luckily the resort office was open and replaced the permit. We enjoyed the trip and will definitly book this room again!

Good location and views

Nice spot to stay near the playground for young kids. Can lay in bed and see the ocean. Didn't get to use the pool as it was being worked on the whole month we were there, but the hottub works.

Good price

Good price and nice view. But, the ac didnt work or keep theroom clean at all. The walls had crap and dark spots all over it. And, had a terrible mold scent blowing out. The sofa day bed way old and dirty. The fridge had a horrible smell to it. The floor had not been cleaned. Their was brochure on the floor. Their was surfing stuff under the bed that recent visitors had left. The bathtub was black. I could go on. I wasnt happy with the lock code at all. And, no one TOLD ME I NEEDED A PARKING PASS TO PARK THERE!!! ID SUE YOU GUYS OF MY CAR GOT TOWED. And, you shouldn't need a key to get into the damn pool. I wouldnt stay here again. The trash chite was disgusting. And, my mom saw a cleaning lady hiding in the room next to us for hours.

Small

Very, very small. Air conditioner didn’t work well. We had to keep it on 61 & it still wasn’t cool in afternoon & at night. Bathtub looked dirty but it’s just old. There wasn’t enough pillows & it took 3 days to get more. One of the elevators kept breaking down. Too many locks to get in & out of everything! In & out of pool. In & out of beach. In & out of game room. In & out of vending machine room. The pool was great.

Looks exactly like the pictures!!!!!

This was a perfect location! This unit is on the side of the building but you still get an absolutely amazing view. A public parking lot and beach entrance is directly to the left of you. I saw some reviews of people complaining about the drunks and homeless. There were several of those there but they didn’t bother me and I was never in that public lot. They actually make for great people watching from the balcony! I was solo and felt safe at all times. That being said I was always back in the condo by 7pm. The new Landshark restaurant is just on the other side of the public lot and lifeguard building so walking there was very convenient. I actually went there twice during my 4 day stay. My only complaint about the condo is that it didn’t appear to get much cleaning. My 12 year old would have done a better job. The coffee maker still had coffee grounds in it and the shower and toilet were absolutely disgusting. The toilet had stains from previous deposits, and in fact was clogged and had to be snaked by the property manager. The shower had mold all along the door and the actual faucet was not attached to the wall of the shower. There were actual hairs along the walls clearly indicating it was not cleaned. I spent as little time as possible in there and even bought some of my own bleach cleaner to spray the shower down. The rest of the condo was good. And I honestly just slept in it for the most part. If I wasn’t on the beach I was on the balcony admiring the views which were stunning. The whole building is a little dated but that is expected. I’d definitely stay here again. It was the perfect little studio for a 4 day sabbatical :). I’ll also add this area of the beach was incredibly! So many people and way more than I’m use to having always been on the gulf side of FL for my vacations. The best quiet beach times are in the morning and again about 4pm and so when people start to leave. That’s just a side note about the location though. Overall this was absolutely perfect minus the cleaning!
