These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.

The condo was spacious, comfortable and was stocked with beach items. The ocean view and spacious balcony was incredible. The master bedroom smelled musty and the key code on the door was difficult to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was as shown in the pictures. We loved the top floor with the ocean view. All the furnishings were beautifully done. The rooms including beds and bathrooms were great. Loved the kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels etc. We definitely would recommend this rental and if we come back to this area, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is great, wide beach and no cars. The condo was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. We loved the wrap around balcony and amazing ocean views! Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful, spacious condo

Beautiful, well-kept and clean property. The rooms are large and the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. We appreciated the large number of bath and beach towels, and beach gear like chairs and toys. Would absolutely stay here again!

Super Clean

We enjoyed our stay. We all loved the air freshener used in the condo. Balcony and view was gorgeous. Beds were super cozy and size of the rooms were larger then anticipated. Had everything we needed. Pool was very nice and we were the only ones there. Direct accesss to the beach with a shower. Beach not as busy as some of the more touristy areas which was perfect for us.

Awesome

Loved staying at New Symrna!! Condo was awesome!! Bring yourself, clothes and groceries!! Everything else is there. Only thing is I wish the beach had umbrella’s and chair rental with food trucks for lunch like daytona.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was very nice. It was obviously recently updated and very clean. The linens and kitchen tools were all new as well. The location was great and the views from the condo were beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the porch and sometimes chose to sunbath on the porch rather than going to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

Magical stay

This was probably the best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful corner balcony with incredible ocean views. The space was beautifully furnished, beds were so comfortable, very clean, plenty of towels and everything you could think of was provided in the kitchen. I called Florida Vacay with questions and they were answered promptly. We didn’t want to leave. We will certainly book this condo again when we return to New Smyrna - hopefully very soon.

Very nice and clean condo, easy beach access. They have a canopy for use which is huge and should be advertised. Also everything else you'd need for the beach is available. I've made several trips to stay in NSB among other beaches all around Florida, and these would be my only very picky qualms about this stay:-No extra trash bags. Staying for a week, we were going to use more than 1.-The check out requirements stated we must wash the beach towels and run the dishwasher, but no detergent for either was provided.-No body wash or shower soap provided.Again, these are only picky on my part, but I think these basics should also be provided during the stay. It was a great condo, and highly recommended.Also just for information, there is no beach cart either, so you have to make multiple trips to lug beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. down to the beach.
