A sure bet for a year-round escape, this cheery condo is situated steps from the sparkling coastline. The Beach Jewel features a full kitchen with the essentials to create your favorite meals. Kick back next to the electric fireplace in the living area, which has a smart TV and sofabed. Your ground-floor locale is a short stroll from the beach as well as on-site amenities.

Shared resort-style amenities include two pools with ocean views (one is heated), a gym, and oceanfront picnic areas with charcoal grills. Added perks include free WiFi and a private washer and dryer. This condo is a quick drive or walk from local attractions. You can also walk to the convenient bus stop for easy transportation around town.

Things to Know
Due to hurricane damage, the pool, hot tub, and direct beach access are not available at Ocean Jewels Resort. The anticipated reopen date is late August 2024.
Beach chairs can be rented on the beach per day for a fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good room

We loved the location and room. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. We didnt have any hot water for showers and the internet was on and off. We know the hurricanes did a lot of damage in Daytona and we can see the work they’ve done since and it is coming around beautifully. The pool is good and access to the beach is perfect. We would come here again

Dirty carpets/mold

At first I thought it was great, then we noticed our feet were black just from walking around in the condo. There was no bucket to wash the floors with the mop. There was black mold in the cabinets and shower. We ended up staying only 4 of the 7 nights there. The bed was comfortable, that’s about the only good thing about this.

We enjoyed our 1st trip to Daytona! The condo was clean and well stocked. We were disappointed that we didn’t have direct beach access, but we were able to use the lot next to the condo to access the beach. We never had an issue with parking. We would stay here again.

Unsatisfactory stay

The listing was inaccurate. Amenities listed are not provided. Pools and hot tub were closed and construction was a mess. Access to the beach was non existent. There were cockroaches roaming around at night (incredibly disgusting) trying to contact the company responsible for the listing etc was horrible. They constantly said they would send it to their internal team but no resolution or communication was provided. The bedroom was muggy and humid. There is definitely water damage as the whole unit smelt of mildew. All in all, I would not recommend this place to a soul. I’m disappointed that companies can get away with lying on their listings because they’re worried about getting clientele. Honesty would have been nice. Help would have been nice. But alas, it wasn’t provided or found.

This property is clean and cozy with an excellent location right next to the beach! The bed is very comfy and was a huge blessing to have 1.5 bathrooms. The only issue we had was the listing stated a washer and dryer as an amenity. The machine are in the property but they have a note attached requesting that they not be used. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Washer and dryer were advertised on website. Get to condo and big note that says don’t use. So we did not. Other than that it was wonderful. Please don’t advertise washer and dryer if guest can’t use.

Deceiving & Dissatisfied

This was my first vacation in several years & it cost me way more than what I expected on spending due to having to get a Hotel room an hour AWAY!!!! The air conditioner makes a LOUD noise & never turns off! It was not that hot & i tried turning it up to keep it off! I think it’s an awful thing how you advertised pictures of a beautiful place & then when paid & I get there it looks nothing like the picture! This was an awful experience. Btw I never complain either, but this was just disgusting! I can’t want until i find the place where u leave a review! I asked for a return phone call in my first email & never received int which is why I’m infuriated at this point!

Newly Remodeled

Very nice accommodations. Furnishings appeared to be new. Unit was very clean. In this regard, we give it very high rating. Beach and pool areas are very nice. However, list of amenities include washer/dryer. This was not the case. Washer/dryer was in unit but sign posted on it said not available. We felt misled by this.

Was very impressed

We hate to even leave a review it was such a great little condo unit to stay in. We loved it! Clean and had everything we needed. We wish the weather would have been better to be able to check out the pool area but hope to be able to do so in the future for we plan on using this place again!
