「Great place to stay for an extended work trip.」

「I did not receive check in instructions and had to call the team to help me get into the property that had not been cleaned and did not have sheets on the bed or clean towels. The team had to be called again advising me that I would receive an email to attach pics to and send back. I never received the email. After calling the team again I was advised to call the owner. The owner did not answer. I put sheets and towels in the washer and then received a call from the team stating that the owner...

「If I could give this property less than zero stars, I would.The problems started before we even arrived. I needed to change my check-in date and was within the cancellation/change period, but the host was unresponsive and kept directing me to customer service. Customer service then told me only the host could make the change. It took multiple calls and a lot of wasted time to resolve a simple issue.When we arrived, the property was filthy and poorly maintained. The yard was extremely overgrown...
