WGI finals

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay! We found lots to do in the immediate area when we weren’t at Dayton Arena for color guard. The property was easily accessed and was super comfortable. We will stay there again.

Convenient location, clean, communicative

We stayed 4 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable with quality sheets and bedding. The unit is in an urban area, so no yard, but that was not an issue for us. It was nice to have designated off street parking. The property manager was WONDERFUL. Very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Nicely furnished, spacious home!! So close to everything. So many food choices. About half way between UD and Downtown; 5 minutes each way. We highly recommend South Park Tavern for the best Pizza in town!
