We had to move rooms because the door stopped reading the key cards. Our second room some of the lights didn't work, the curtains were short so people can see in the room. My son tried to take a shower and the water never got hot. There was what looked like mold growing in the hallway. The Ice machine didn't work the breakfast was all sugar and carbs no real healthy options. I could keep going but there's no point.

Prise good, staff good, friendly, but we get bad room on 1 floor ear were stinky, TV don’t work, door in closet broken, Carpet not clean. We ask change room. Get room on 2 floor. Better, clean, ear better (do not stinky). We stay 2 nights, room newer extra cleaned. Breakfast so-so. Mashing with juice dirty. Outside enter much liken water from pipe (it is looks bad and stinky). But pool good, clean. So, sorry, we will never stay again in this hotel

We arrived shortly after 4 and 1 of our rooms was not ready. The room was ready was damaged, smelled damp and had mold No one was ever at front desk Very noisy especially because doors did not close properly. Breakfast was very poor. I did not have anything i could eat. Website was very deceitful

Indoor pool was nice for the kids, location is good, lots of food options and stores close by. The WiFi wasn’t the best, vending machines really didn’t work. Staff was quick to resolve any issues we had

The rooms were nothing like what was portrayed on the site. No lampshade. Holes in bedspread, blackout curtains and closet door. No knob on closet door. However, had absolutely no issues when canceling our second night and getting a refund.

First room they gave us had water damage and musty moldy smell. Second room was not cleaned very well in bathroom. Shower sprayed water all over in bathroom.

I had booked a handicap accessible room. They did not give me a handicap accessible room. Instead, they gave me a room on the second floor. Which would have been fine but there was no elevators. So I had to haul myself with my bad foot up a flight of stairs. The room was clean but that's about the only positive thing I can say about it. The curtains were damaged with holes in them so the parking lot lights shined into my room all night long. On my way to check out there was a puddle of water in the floor about 8 ft long by 3 ft wide. They had put a towel down to soak it up but the towel was completely soaked and no one was attempting to mop it up or anything

That is all my curtain would close and if it will allow you to zoom in just slightly you can see the holes in the curtains

The hotel reeked of cigarettes, the television in the room did not work - there were no wires connected to it to plug it in, the windows in the room dod not open. The breakfast buffet only provided cheap yogurt and apples.

The staff was very nice but their was mold around the bathtub & in the ice bucket. And their was suppose to be a microwave but their was not.

The front desk person was very friendly and The room was fine. It was clean, the water pressure and temp were good, beds were comfortable. However, the overall property is in poor shape. I walked toe property and couldn't find an elevator even though our room was on the 2nd floor. The halls smelled like weed. The restroom off the lobby was out of service, the weight room was missing equipment (some of the free weights). The breakfast bar was very underwhelming so I only had a coffe and an apple.

There were only stairs, no elevator. The electricals in the room looked as if they had been done by a plumber...the TV was unplugged, and looking at the outlet, i wasn't sure if it was safe to plug it in. I knew this was just an overnight and we didn't require anything fancy, but it was in poor shape.

The room the one light wouldn’t work. The wallpaper was peeling on one wall and the room had a strong odor of urine. Otherwise, it was a reasonable price for what it was. The breakfast was same as most hotels. We enjoyed the gym and pool both at this hotel and had a great time with those. We did stay more than one night so the lack of housekeeping during your stay was noticeable. But, otherwise I wouldn’t say this isn’t a bad place to spend a night on the road. The fellows at the desk were always very nice!

Clean linen and room. Fire alarm in hallway went off at 3 am and stayed on for a while, but other than that its anice quiet place in walking distance to several restaurants.
