Disliked: Check-in
We didn't like the method used to enter the unit. The keys and fob were not in the padlock like we were told. Good thing I had downloaded the app. We could have used King size beds, my adult family did not want to sleep together. One slept on the couch, more kitchen utensils. Fry pan was too small. And worst of all, no extra toilet paper.
