"Our stay was satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful. The only issue I had was the WiFi, it was a poor signal so I wasn’t able to use it in the room. "Absolutely disgraceful!!! No one there after 7pm to check us in. Then they lied to hotels.com saying staff were there until 3am.
