The hotel is not a full-service hotel (no breakfast etc.), but is nevertheless fine because of its location, good price-quality ratio and friendly staff. The fact that the hotel has no restaurant is no problem, because everything is available nearby.

Everything is close to the residential, you can walk, shopping in front, get a taxi in front, also have restaurants and bakeries close by, very convenient and the staff is very friendly.

Nice stay, very economical.

this was my first stay at cervantes and was a positive experience. I chose it for the low cost. The rooms were clean and mostly in good condition. However the AC in first room didn't work and they immediately upgraded me to a larger room and I had no problem. Note that the hotel is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

The property was good for the price, but it's rather old and the table and chairs were not very comfortable or useful. They had no ice machine. And I had to carry a very heavy suitcase up and down a flight of stairs to get in and out.

Was a great stopover hotel for our family on the way from Bocas to Panama City. Our room was spare but entirely sufficient. It had five beds so fit everyone nicely. The air conditioner worked, the staff was friendly, and there were parking spots available when we arrived.

Room was comfortable and generally clean; and overall it looked like the pictures. Sheets and towels were bright white and fresh smelling. Mattress protector in the bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Short walk to the bus station. Bathroom was quite spacious and although quite old and lacking a shower shelf, it was clean. The only major issues were that the internet was slow at time; and some walls were also a bit dirty and stained. They would benefit from a little freshening up.

When I got there they quoted me a higher price. I immediatly let them know that I got a lower price through Expedia. They also told me that I can pay daily. As for security, it sucks. No security. The only kind of security was the young man or woman in the front desk. Very uptight personality. It seem to me that they were only concerned about the money. As for the room service the lady that cleaned the room did smile and was always expecting the monetary gratuity. Room serive is not included in the price. You have to request it daily or they will not clean your room. The room was probably 20 by 20. GReat airconditioning. The bathroom was very small. The toilet seat was small and uncomfortable. As for the soap, it was for one shower onlly, very small. No wash cloth. To flosh the toilet I had to hold the flush knob down until the water would flush completely. There was a leak on the floor around the toilet. As for the shower the water was cold. No indication if the left or right knob was for hot water. The next day I let the water run for about three minutes until the water got warm. No dresser/no room for one. There was a 6 ft, by 4 ft closet to hang my cloths in some weak bended hangers. In front of the bed was a small computer table with a very old and uncomfortable seat. NOW, as for the security it "SUCKS". The door had a cheap kwick Set lock. I was able to use my laminated card to get in. I also used a chair under the knob for safety. Terrible.

Staff is very friendly but hotel is old, stained ceiling tiles, stained wall art. Needed a place to stay so we were a bit desperate. Bathroom was adequate and water pressure was good. Nothing fancy about the place and the price reflected that.

He pasado de las peores experiencias de mi vida. Fui a preguntar porque no habian realizado la limpieza y cambio de toallas, y la de recepción de manera grosera y de mala forma me dice que si yo pedi limpieza. Le conteste que ella misma, que me hizo el check inn no me dijo que eso se pedia, y me dijo que si. Eso se pide. Al yo decirle la limoieza se pide no hacer, no que se haga, me cambio las toallas. A los 5 min mientras me bañaba ella me corta el suministro del agua de maldad. Cuando van a preguntar si pasa algo con el agua, ella, se levanta y reconecta el agua. Y ni siquiera pregunta que habitacion. Hare mi queja formal a la asociación de turismo de Panama y al dueño del hotel. Una empleada como esa, mala , sin educación, grosera, abusiva, no debe atender personas. Eviten este hotel.

Excelente ubicación

La ubicación es excelente para moverse en la Ciudad de David, justo en el centro, a una cuadra del Parque Cervantes, cerca de comercio, restaurantes, y todo lo que necesites. A pesar de no tener estacionamiento interno, el lugar es muy seguro, y tranquilo.

Esta bien, pero pueden mejorar

El hotel muy limpio y cómodo pero el iré acondicionado tenía una gotera qué caía en toda la cama y salpicaba cuando uno estaba durmiendo, y otra cosa me quede 3 días y 2 noches y nunca fueron asear la habitación ni cambiar las toallas ni nada tuve yo qué ir a recepción a pedir toallas nuevas porque ya las wur nos habían dado cuando llegamos estaban muy humedas
