The Space:
The vibrant Florida city of Davenport is waiting to be explored by you and your guests as you venture in and out of this open and airy 5-bedroom home in the quiet yet growing community of Marbella South. When you’re not filling your days with amusement park adventures, there’s plenty to do and see in the local scene, such as browsing at the Posner Park shopping center, playing a round of golf at Providence Golf Club, experiencing a wine tasting at the True Bleu Winery, or even booking a hot air balloon ride! Back at the home, however, even more excitement awaits. Cool off in your very own private pool or take a relaxing soak in the spa on the screened-in lanai, a space the entire family will want to spend time in. Soak up the endless Florida sun and enjoy the peaceful surrounding views, knowing you’re just steps away from the comfortable indoors when you need it.
Modern décor accented by cool tones provides a calming atmosphere filled with comfortable spaces designed for both privacy and togetherness. Two separate living areas complete with plush sofa seating will allow your group to spread out and have their own space, whether a movie is on the menu or quiet time reading a favorite book. The front living room shares space with the formal dining room where an elegant table and chairs can seat 6. The back living room, with access out onto the lanai, features a smart TV and combines with the kitchen to form an ideal space for entertaining. You’ll find plenty of additional dining options here between the outdoor patio set, the breakfast nook table, and the kitchen island high-top chairs, all seating 4 apiece. The kitchen itself can accommodate any style of meal, fully equipped with all-black appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware.
This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, patio/lanai access, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 full size beds, smart TV, and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin beds in a bunk format.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
Great Escape to Marbella South is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses.
The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (21 miles), Epcot (19 miles), Hollywood Studios (18 miles), Animal Kingdom (20 miles), Universal Studios (26 miles), Legoland (20 miles), Margaritaville (17 miles), and Sea World (23 miles)!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
