Maximum Occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy of the property is 3 guests. If there is more than 2 guests, please let us know so we can make sure extra linen is put in the property. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the neighbors' peace and privacy.
Smoking and Pets:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property due to potential allergies and sensitivities of other guests.
Parties and Events:
- Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted without prior written consent from the host. Small, quiet gatherings may be allowed with host approval.
Cleaning and Rubbish:
- Please keep the property tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning after your departure.
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated bins.
Damage and Breakages:
- Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported to the host immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
Respect for Neighbors:
- Be respectful of the neighbors' privacy and tranquility. Keep noise levels down, especially when outdoors.

- Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorised individuals.
