You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Lovely 2 bedroom chalet sleeps 4 in Dartmouth WIFI +Electric inc Pet friendly.

The Park is 1.5 miles from Dartmouth town centre with plenty of Shops, Cafe's and Restaurants. There is a Lidl, Sainsbury, Leisure Centre with swimming pool, and Park & Ride near.
Torbay Brixham, Paignton and Torquay is only a short drive with the ferry from Dartmouth to Kingswear.
Lovely views around site. A golf club down the road and Woodlands theme park within a 10 minute drive.
There is plenty of grass space for children to play safely outside and we provide sunchairs for the nice weather.
Caldon is a lovely spacious 2 bedroom holiday chalet all to yourself, sleeps up to 4 people.
Bedroom 1 with comfortable king size bed, large 6 drawer chest.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, 1 wardrobe with drawers.
Hanging door hooks in both rooms.
Two large double sofas in the living room.
All Duvets pillows and bed linen included in the price. Please bring your towels.
Dining table seats 4 with 2 additional lap trays
A baby seat is available to attach on dining chair.

Nets in the living room would be nice because people walk straight past your window and the room with the large bed is small I hit my leg several times on the radiator when I got out bed and no space to get dressed

Good break at Norton Park
The chalet meet all our needs. It was well presented and maintained. All the amenities more than meet what we expected. Really comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen was well equipped including fridge with freezer. Wifi was also available and worked well.

Relaxing, enjoyable stay
We had a very enjoyable stay and would come back. The park itself is in a good location. We had a lovely Christmas here and came back very relaxed. The host provided all info needed and the chalet is well equipped. Only small things I would mention/agree with other reviews is blinds or curtains in the bathroom needed (the lodge behind mentioned when they saw me walking the dogs that they could see us getting in and out of the shower in the evenings) also the TV signal drops now and again during the day, sometimes short bursts and sometimes for 5 mins at a time, I re tuned it but it still happened (maybe the weather?) and a jug and colinder for the kitchen then it would be perfect. The oven had an odd smell but I believe it was one of the trays or shelf so we used with foil on top but that wasn't an issue as we also bought some disposable trays. I easily worked out how the oven and hobs worked but my friend couldn't work it so instructions might be needed for some guests. The chalet felt very warm, cosy and welcoming. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Noise Issue
Chalet next door having complete refurbishment. Builders started 7:30 -7:45 every morning, constant banging, drilling etc. If we had been told this we would not have booked this chalet. Property Manager must have known as the chalet was set up for our arrival. Really disappointed. The chalet itself was as described and comfortable. TV had very poor signal struggled to get a channel. WI-FI very good.

A great base
The chalet was lovely and comfortable, clean and cosy. The owner was very helpful. It made a great base from which to explore Dartmouth. The site itself was ok, and there is a quiet wooded area that you can walk your dog - however it was a shame that all dog bins were overflowing so I took mine away to dispose of elsewhere. Overall I was really comfortable and enjoyed my stay, thank you very much.

A superb location for access toDartmouth and the surrounding areas of interest.
A lovely little property sited within a quiet complex of like minded chalets and themed in a nautical style which is within keeping with the seaside environment. There is a bus service that connects with Dartmouth town itself but a car is required if you want to go further a field . It is a very hilly area and quite difficult to walk on the roads but there is a series of adjoining bridle paths. The chalet is well equipped and well presented. The only thing that would of benefitted me would be instructions on how to use the cooker (not that much was done!), as it’s of a type not familiar to me!

Short 4 night stay review
This property was a lovely little chalet, perfect for a summer getaway. Beautifully decorated and had everything you need. Easy access with plenty of parking and located extremely close to pretty beaches, stunning walking trails, Dartmouth town centre and some delicious restaurants, as well as both a Sainsbury’s and a Lidl. The only piece of constructive criticism I have, would be that the bathroom could do with some blinds as the windows are rather see through. I have read other reviews in which others have said the same and I completely agree as my neighbours with a view of the back of our house knocked on our door to inform us that they could quite clearly see us getting in/it of the shower, which was unsettling and did make both myself and my family feel uncomfortable when using the shower and often put our towels up to feel more comfortable when showering. It would also be nice to have a mini bin for things such as tampons, and pads etc as this things are clearly asked not to be flushed down the toilet, and it may make people uncomfortable using the main bin in the kitchen to dispose of these things. Overall, myself and my family were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would recommend.
