"A friendly, personal welcome awaited us upon key handover. The house is older, but extensively renovated and very modern. A wooden staircase leads up to the apartment. It's a beautiful apartment on the upper floor with a fantastic view. Everything you need is in the kitchen. A TV and Wi-Fi are available, of course. It was clean and pleasant. The town of Pirmasens isn't particularly beautiful, but the surrounding forest is even more so!"

Als wir eincheckten, teilte man uns jedoch mit, dass die FeWo nicht beziehbar sei, weil die Heizung ausgefallen war. Dafür bekamen wir als Upgrade ein Deluxe Apartment im Haupthaus incl. reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet, weil uns ja die Küche fehlte. Die Mitarbeiter sowie die Chefin waren jederzeit äußerst freundlich und bemüht auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. So stellte man uns auf Nachfrage...
