「The rooms where very clean.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The house is as advertised but we had to wipe down surfaces when we arrived that had not been cleaned. Overall we were very happy with the home and our stay and will definitely be staying again.」

「Great location! The location was the best part about this place. We were literally 2 miles from everything. The home was very clean. I will say there is an odor of dog pee but it's not over bearing and to be expected when it's pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.」

「All was as described. I would however provide more bath cloths and if it’s pet friendly close in the back yard. It was a fantastic property for my wife and I along with our dog. 」

「Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...

「Very convenient to everything…beach and restaurants. Able to walk to everything. Place was very comfy and clean. Roomy! I did have to reach out to the host about an issue and she was very helpful! Kitchen was well stocked with any eating/cooking item you needed.」

「Seabreeze Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The walk to the beach was easy, and we loved being able to come back to the house for lunch and breaks throughout the day. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for our family of four. The king suite was comfortable, and having separate bathrooms for both bedrooms was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed riding bikes around the island and visiting nearby restaurants and the pier area. Communication...

「We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and nicely put together — and while we never all gathered in the living room to watch TV or visit, it had that easy, welcoming feel that makes you think you could. The kitchen looks out onto the patio and pool, which turned out to be one of my favorite design details: you could be inside prepping lunch and still feel connected to everyone splashing around out there. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet — no complaints from anyone on the sleep...
