"Clean room , bathroom could use a coat of paint . Bed was comfy , breakfast delicious & hot ( wayy more than necessary ) , staff was very attentive & helpful "

"The bathroom was clean . Room could use an update but it was comfortable & clean . The sheets were stained but not dirty & the bed was just right . Breakfast on the other hand was amazing on the first day ( everything was fresh & delicious ) , cold & stale on the second day ( all out in cling film on a table, pancakes were cold ) "

"Room could do with some upgrades and TLC. Roof terrace there but almost derelict- no facilities on the roof, no soft drinks or service. Staff were great and could not fault their service at ground level. Amenities were not to a decent standard. 15-20 minute walk to the square and good location. "

"Amazing stay, would highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely and fresh omelettes were a nice surprise. They do not have a licence so if you like alcohol I’d suggest duty free. Place is spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Walkable to the square, just perfect 😁"

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we left, the entire experience was seamless and special. We came to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it turned into such a memorable stay. The riad itself is stunning—peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked and remained consistent throughout our stay. There were a few team members in particular whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch, but they went above and beyond and made our trip even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more highly."

"The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request.
