Perfect for Extended Family

This was the perfect property for our long weekend trip with extended family. Excellent shared spaces along with privacy in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The little kids loved the huge shower in the downstairs! The location was perfect for spending time and exploring Damascus. Lovely front porch and back deck. We were able to walk to the bike shop for our rentals and shuttle service to Whitetop Station. Very convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and parks. Short drive to the grocery store.

Great weekend get away for large group

Had a wonderful time for an extended family get together. Lots of places for everyone to sleep. Loved the river right by the home. And all the ducks!! Great weekend stay. Great hosts!! Worked very hard cleaning the home when we arrived after last guests checked out same day.

Fabulous experience!

Everything was wonderful. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciate the games, cards, puzzles and extra entertainment choices for our little ones. Clean, spacious, and even extra kitchen supplies.

Wonderful stay

House location is an unusual mix of both riverside and in walking distance to downtown. The house layout is super for a large family gathering, We like the fact that the owner was interested in our family gathering. We highly recommend this property.

Best Va Creeper House

Our second stay in this Beautiful home in Damascus, can’t wait to come again. Older home with incredible woodwork and tile but all the modern amenities come with it. Wish I could take this home with me wherever I travel!

Best Location for Virginia Creeper Trail

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house for bike riding, front porch morning coffee and enjoying the quiet small town feel. We parked our cars and walked everywhere. Feels like you’re staying in a first class accommodation. We will return.

Creeper trail castle

This house was in the smack middle of everything. We did a dad and daughters trip to bike the creeper trail and once we parked we never got in our cars again. Coffee shops, restaurants, and even the bike rental place were all within a few blocks The house was very clean and well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. The house, the town, and the whole experience felt very inviting

This is a perfect location, wonderful well-stocked house and apartment. If you have very small kids, you just have to watch out, there are a lot of exterior doors, on a busy street in front and a creek/river in the back. Practically on top of the Creeper Trail.(Across the street.)
