I made a reservation on Expedia and I was able to book a room and pay in full for for two nights once I arrived to the location. The front desk associate told me there was not room available. I said I already paid for it. She said yeah well you have to contact Expedia and that’s good refund, I was disappointed was looking forward to shower and rest .

It was okay. The front desk office hours are inconvenient. It’s the main reason I wouldn’t stay again. They need an after hours key drop off for those who need to check out before 9 am when the office opens.

The service is not good, the room is still not cleaned and ready when arrived at 4pm with a reservation. The house keeping people is somewhat rude, front desk guy is friendly though. Will not stay there again.

Convenient location, close to business & highway/UTD… property is clean when check in but wish smell was more pleasant, strong smell in elevator. No door sign for option of wanting to have room cleaned or not. Room was not get cleaned next morning….

For the most part, friendly staff, mostly functional, except the first time, but they did fix the issue, where most all other hotel do not when staying in hotel for several weeks. 3rd time there and pleased with its location to my office. Only bad part is staff is not there 24 hours, they do close the lobby. Staff leaves at 10pm and come in around 9amor later.

I couldn't even stay at the hotel, no one at the front desk, I waited for 35 min, I dialed a #500 at a phone at the reception cause those where the indications, the phone was not working. There were some people at the reception waiting for their clothes cause the hotel has some washing machine at the reception and they told me it was normal that no one was at the reception. I pay for a service that I couldn't use do not go there

I think a lot of people actually LIVE at this hotel. I know there are small kitchenettes and people do have extended stays, but for a school bus to have an actual stop at this hotel is a clue that it is more than an extended stay...more like a permanent stay. I saw a school bus drop kids off and there were several families going from room to room. They were not loud or rude, it was just a surprise to me. I felt like I was intruding in someone home. Just a weird vibe.

Our stay was not pleasant! There were roaches in the room and we didn’t feel safe. Lots of people were congregating in the parking at night for unknown reasons.

I did not even check in. The lobby was heavily perfumed and I found out why once we left it. The rest of the place, especially the elevator and the room smelt terrible. The room was suppose to have just been cleaned but dishes were in the dishwasher and rust in the shower. Worst of all was the smell in the room. I didn't even set my bags down nor did I check in. I am embarrassed to have even been in that place. They said I would give me a refund if I had booked straight with them but that I would have to talk with Travelocity since that is who I had went through.

It was a bad experience. Not only they did not provide us with the type of room and bed we reserved but the room they gave us was not locking properly, WiFi service was not working, and the room is not even carpeted. We had to leave the hotel in few hours.
