Hospitality of the staff was 100%. Warm and friendly front the moment we pulled in. Our bartender was knowledgeable, amazingly astute, and a wonderful sales person. Rooms are fantastic. Looking forward to visiting again.

Staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Site is under renovation so a few things like the restaurant and pool were unavailable, but overall it served our needs for a place to stay while visiting family.

The room and hotel was nice amd clean and going through updating at this time. It was cold, in the 30s outside and the heat never went above 65 inside, brrr, i did let them know when we checked out. Temp went up when we opened the door to the hallway in the morning to let heat in. Maybe the 9th floor is just cold! Had to ask for waters in the room, they said they should of been there and that they will bring them up, hopefully this morning. Front desk employee was nice, friendly and helpful when we checked in with food ideas. Comfortable bed and stay.

The hotel has been our “go-to“ for SMU family weekend. The hotel is walking distance to everything we attend to, and The breakfast option “ avocado toast “ is highly recommended;)

Hotel restaurant was basically a room they heated up food in. Small fridge that housed wine and beer. $22 for 3 tacos. Grilled cheese co 4 minutes away was delicious! Temperature in room inconsistent. Couldn't get room cooled or heated. Very stuffy.

This is a nice hotel and in a great location. The staff is always friendly. My only complaints this time were that my coffee maker leaked all over the dresser and floor and my AC unit made a horrible noise all night that kept me up.

Room nice. Bed comfortable. Staff nice. Thermostat not working properly. Barn door on bathroom completely impractical. Barn door way too heavy and hard to move - would get stuck when you wanted to open or close -had to throw whole body into making it move. No privacy in the bathroom as there is 1/2 inch seam on either side of barn door when door is closed and someone using the bathroom

The staff was very nice. The room was simple yet very nice did not have enough covers, but they were extremely accommodating. The food was excellent. The valet was very unprofessional and extremely expensive.we were disappointed that the hotel was under construction, and we weren’t able to utilize the amenities of the hotel, which is why we chose to stay there. Would not stay there again due to the price of valet and certainly not until the hotel is done with remodeling because it’s not worth the price without the amenities

Since Covid I have noticed that a lot of hotels have had a hard time with housekeeping, NOT the case at the Beeman. Our room was cute, comfortable and beautifully clean. It was lovely to come back after a busy day out and about to fresh towels and a tidy room. The coffee maker actually had decent coffee and there was great water pressure in the shower. We will be back!

Staff was great and everything was very clean. Location is under renovation though so no onsite restaurant and the pool was closed for half of the stay, even when it was open there was construction going on in the pool area so that was awkward. No mention of either prior to our stay. Would have appreciated knowing this ahead of time, we intended to use both at times during our stay and not really anything within walking distance for dining/beverage alternatives. Woke up prior to our alarm each morning to sounds of construction or housekeeping as well. Once renovations are done this will be a great location! Honestly, the staff made up for these small short comings as well. They were amazing!!
