Great hotel with nice staff. I didn't like the fact that i wasn't told ahead of time that parking wasn't included in the price and that they placed it on my card when they were holding the deposit. That was a little sketch.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was extremely nice. However, I was disappointed that the room condition wasn’t checked before we arrived. Our shower was broken, although it was fixed promptly. It would have been better if we hadn't had to go through this inconvenience.

Excellent staff! Everyone is friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The housekeeping staff tidies and refreshes towels daily.

This is the second visit to this property. We chose it initially due to it's proximity to those we were in town visiting. We chose it again because we found this Hyatt House, clean, friendly, accommodating with it's amenities and it was affordable. We plan to be back!

The location is safe with lots of dining and shopping options. Did not like 2 sided elevators where workers were trying to get on elevator with large carts for cleaning rooms and my daughter mentioned being afraid for her safety due to a male employee getting on elevator from second side and trying to control elevator numbers salso did not like the fact they charge $10.00 per night for parking

I always love coming for the breakfast omelets. The nice, quiet atmosphere and convenience of the hotel to everything else I need to do in the area are also major factors, of course.

Front lady at the desk checking and out was mazing. Remembered my name. So nice and friendly all the time. Smile on her face. We stay at this hotell each year we come for a cheer competition.

I was here for a week first for a work meeting then a weekend Cheer Competition that turned into Snowed in. This place was wonderful. The breakfast is AMAZING !

Breakfast was amazing. Proximity to the Comerica Center for our event was greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the elevator was so slow. But otherwise, a fantastic stay. We'll be back!
