Overall stay was great. I asked for a balcony room on the highest floor, that was granted. Customer service was great. The only thing I didn like was no ice machines were working on the first 3 floors I went to get ice. I was dressed for bed wondering the hallways looking for ice lol. But it’s good hotel I will book again when I come back into town.

Hotel in a really convenient location relative to downtown dining and shopping. Problem with the property is firstly it was clearly obvious there had been some water damage of some type affecting the ceilings and floors. Would think they would have addressed the stains and sinking ceilings prior to any type of renovations being down on site. Also literally NONE of the side doors to the site were operational which was awful considering my room was way in the back side of the hotel so taking a mile hike in and out the hotel wasnt fun.
