Stays for over 30 days:
Pet fee of $68 (per pet) will be charged monthly.
Extended stays past 60 days will result in an additional $200 extension fee per month to help with cleaning and maintenance of the property to make sure you can continue enjoying a well maintained home.

6 consecutive months is the maximum time allotted.

I read another review about the neighborhood for this location. When I pulled up to the apartment I was a little bit skeptical at first but when I walked inside, my fears went away. It was exactly how it was described. The neighborhood was quite friendly and quiet. The host was always on it whenever I messed her about questions. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

Nice decor. Good personal touches by the host. Parking is right outside the door. Unfortunately, there was noticeable dog hair on the living room floor. The AC is a bit loud when it comes on.
