The Space:
To comply with all legal requirements and community guidelines, you will be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, complete our verification process, and, if necessary, undergo a criminal background check. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and denied entry.

All guests must sign a rental usage agreement outlining the stay’s terms. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

* You agree to our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
* You understand that a background check may be required as per the property management or building’s rules.

Minimum age to book: 22 years old for non-locals, 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed—violations will be reported to the police.

Noise policy: No disturbing neighbors at any time. Quiet hours are from 9pm–8am daily.

Dallas has seasonal bugs. We schedule regular pest control, but sightings of pests like roaches or ants may still occur.

No access to mailboxes or package deliveries.

The apartment complex may perform maintenance or close shared amenities like the pool or gym at their discretion.

We provide basic amenities (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper) at check-in. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies.

Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The community is located in North Dallas, within minutes from DFW Airport, Richardson and Plano.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
