Absolutely terrible. Run away as fast as you can... It left a 19-year-old girl stranded without shuttle service after a flight got canceled on a layover due to bad weather. . We tried for an hour to call them to arrange for the shuttle service like they told us to do. They would never answer the phone.. We even contacted the national help number and they tried and could not get the hotel either so we never could get the shuttle service arranged. We then started to read the other reviews on the hotel and other people's concerns. We ended up missing out on the night's stay and paid for another hotel somewhere where she would be safe and not stranded. Big waste of money. I did reach out and request a refund due to them not honoring the shuttle service which was promised. We'll see what happens. I've left a number of reviews in my life through Google, and never once have I given a bad review.

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, there was trash in a drawer, hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet wasn’t very clean. Also the bed sheets were old and I found a full earring between the bed sheets, which made me think they weren’t changed.

We walked into the room smell of heavy cigarettes smoke was present. Shower curtain was moldy, bed sheets had stains. Second night here we walked into our room to have no sheets towels or blankets I guess room service forgot Idk. Came here with a group of people and everyone’s experience was the same had to change rooms as well. It’s literally what you can expect for a motel.

This place is not what it looks in the pictures and website, we found it very old and all rooms were smelling awful, if you see none smoking rooms in their website that is a big lie. We walked through 5 rooms but couldn’t find a none smoking room.
