We had to contact VRBO directly and two hours past our check in were informed that our reservation had been cancelled and now had no place to stay after driving for 9 hours.」

「We stayed at this townhome for my son's baseball tournament in East Cobb. The townhome was in a cute little town but it was not a great environment. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night. The townhouse next to us smelled like pot smoke all the time. The townhome itself was not well equipped with pots and pans for cooking. The description said it had a grill and a hot tub. Neither was available for us. The stairs going downstairs had no railing, the shower...
