アメリカ横断中にハリケーン避難で2泊することになりましたが、すぐ近くのホールフーズマーケットで食材を買って自炊しました。とてもリラックスできて満足でした。長期滞在にはとても良いと思います。

Es war sehr laut. Einreden von draußen. Vom Innenhof. Das Hotel lag auch direkt an der Autobahn. Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu nutzen, da der Motor jedes Zimmer innen war. Bei uns im Schlafzimmer direkt neben dem Bett hinter einer Verkleidung. Hab mich an der Rezeption beschwert. Es kam ein Techniker. Aber es war nicht zu ändern. Haben die Klimaanlage dann nicht benutzt. Der Pool war auch nicht schön. Es lag in einem Innenhof. Und da das Hotel auch direkt an einer Autobahn lag, hörte man ständig den Straßenlärm. Außerdem immer viel Plastikgeschirr beim Frühstück. Ist aber üblich in den USA.

Very loud. Recovering from surgery and the room above me sounded like someone was running back and forth for five nights. Then clanging around the next two. I stayed total of 7 nights. Cutting trees and leaf blowers daily. Definitely not a place for rest.

We stayed at this property for 2 days. The well stocked kitchen and large refrigerator were so nice to have. Also the multi level secured access parking garage were great. We could park on the 2nd level and walk straight to our 2nd story suite.

Great location and the hotel was clean and updated. My only issue was sleeping on the side facing the freeway. This made it difficult to sleep.

When we entered our room the toilet was plugged up. We went to the desk to report it. She said she would have to find US a plunger because she had no maintenance man. Finally after the bathroom floor was flooded with human waste there was a knock at the door and a plunger just left in the hall. WE DID NOT USE the TOILET. This was not our human waste. My husband did unplug it with the plunger and we simply allowed the water from the bathroom to soak into the carpet. We had no mop. I was NOT going in the bathroom with that type of germs in the floor and carpet. BAD NEWS FOLKS. Such poor customer service I could not believe it.

Do not stay here!
The ratings for this hotel are not at all in line with our stay. The room had ants ... several kinds. All over the kitchen, bathroom and windows. I killed over twenty. I showed the maintenance man. They couldn't spray for liability reasons. The bathtub and shower surround were rusty. The drawers on the nightstand didn't stay closed. Putting in a rainforest shower head and not re-doing the entire shower is a cheap fake. They tell you that your wi-fi signal might not work. Mine didn't. They then gave me the number of a Hyatt tech office to call and and provide my ip address just to get some internet access. Doesn't happen at any other hotel. Infuriating. Maybe other rooms didn't have the problems mine did, but my rating would be low.
