The Bunkhouse on a working 60 acre cattle ranch

  • Welcome to The Bunkhouse. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

    This is a working ranch with resident dogs that free-roam the grounds. We ask that visiting dogs remain leashed when outdoors to keep everyone safe.
