    "Excellent location. Room was spacious and mostly updated (except for the carpet). Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty decent for a Taiwanese hotel breakfast standards. Parking entrance is separate around the block, but it does connect with the hotel elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and come back. "

    "Our family stayed at the Carlton for 3 nights and the overall quality and staff services were great. The free offside parking is within a manageable walking distance. The hot water system does need a bit improvement since letting the water runs 3-5 minutes in order to get the actual hot water before shower isn't environmental and water resource friendly for a hotel property. However, I would still add the Carlton to my hotel list in Taichung."

"There isn’t a bar on-site. There is a cocktail machine that serves drinks with the assistance of the attendant. Air conditioning goes down to ~21.4 C.
