Amazing and thoughtful staff - literally every single person I encountered was friendly and professional (and always helpful). Great location - beautiful park and museum right across the street, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and my favorite indie bookstore in Taichung. Highly recommended

Automated check in was interesting but there were attendants helping so not sure the purpose. Room has wear and tear. AC was weak. Breakfast wasn’t appetizing with limited selection. Wifi was slow. Overall ok for an over night stay but certainly not great.
