Avoca house is a beautiful, well appointed Bed & Breakfast that inspires peace. The hosts are simply WONDERFUL. We felt like we were family -or old friends.
Avoca House is impeccable clean and full of small details that make you feel at home, just very pampered.
Their breakfast was DELICIOUS, yummy fresh fruit, yoghurts, coffee and pastries.
We would stay here anytime if came back. We warmly recommend it!!

Very very dusty and dirty, family got very sick from allergies. Changed rooms 3 times. Hotel has very poor customer service. Hotel restaurant floors are filthy, glasses smell fresh etc. Same breakfast every day for 3 weeks. Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel and they do not prioritise customers booking from third party vendors like Expedia. Staff unwilling to assist and pretends to be clueless despite sending e-mails to "managers". I do not recommend staying here for the price. Paying 5 star price for 1 star cleanliness and service. It's a pity because the hotel is conveniently located and has a lot of potential. Valerie is the only staff member I believe has outstanding customer service. Also need to mention if you need to change your arrival date due to travel changes, they do care, they just take you money.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brooks Hotel. The location is excellent - within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants, museums, and shopping. It's on a lively street, but our room faced the back of the hotel, so it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel restaurant is also lovely and we enjoyed breakfast there. Our King Premium room was on the small side, but it was well appointed and comfortable. Overall, a charming and convenient place to stay while exploring Dublin.
