We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful hotel all round, room was fantastic, great decor details and loved the huge comfortable bed. Location fantastic, in a walkable area and close to shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again

As always, we love our stay at LAAC. Not complaining but would like to point out that the cleaning crew should keep their voices down in the hallway especially in the morning instead of yelling across hallways to talk to co-worker. Maybe they didn't think our rooms are all occupied? We did have a "do not disturb" on our door. I am only letting you know through this platform because I don't know if you would hear about this through the front desk. The cafe baristas are always so kind and cheerful. It is much appreciated. They are this way even when the line is long!

The front desk was so nice, and valet also , they even helped get my luggage to my room, only thing is I was out on second floor 😫 all day was hearing the sound of a trash truck! And a cleaning machine they had going right under my room , also the pool cleaning guy was very rude when I went to the pool in the morning, and the waiter from the red restaurant was also vey judgy and rude, so it was a 50/50 while some were so helpful and nice others were a little rude . Over all it was an amazing view , such nice views everywhere u walk, pool , restaurant, garden or simply out of ur balcony. I willl definitely go back, just will be rude back to does workers that seem to hate being there and get bothered by customers

Great Hotel in a terrible location We choose this location solely on it's proximity to Cedar Sinai Hospital. The Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Staff are AWESOME! One of the comfiest Beds I have ever experienced. BUT the location is a sketchy area. We did not feel safe walking. Charging $79 a day to park a car plus extra daily fees seems unreasonable
