"From the moment I checked in, the experience was wonderful. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic—incredibly welcoming, efficient, and helpful, making for a smooth and pleasant arrival process. The service really set the tone for my entire visit.
The room itself was perfect. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and all amenities were in excellent working order.
Overall, it was a great experience defined by excellent service and a comfortable, clean environment. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area!

"Surprised to see washing machine available in our room, with in-built drying rack.
There is a convenience store downstairs, great if you want a quick breakfast or late night snacks and drinks.
Hotel is one bus stop/ 3 min taxi ride away from express bus terminal (or 10 min walk).
There are public buses nearby to get to Sokcho city / shopping street/ fish market, and to Seoraksan. It is near a famous mulhoe restaurant too. "
