「Very nice apartment and a wonderful location. There is a lot of noise from the clubs and the street, but if you’re fine with that, then I would definitely stay here. 」

「Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Allerdings war die Wohnung schon sehr abgenutzt. Es war kalt, weil die Klimaanlahe nicht richtig heizt. Wir haben uns dann auf eigene Kosten einen Heizlüfter gekauft. Warmes Wasser gsb es nur durch die Boost Funktion und 15 bus 30 Minuten das Wasser laufen lassen. Und dann war der Wasserdruck auch sehr gering.」

「We had a very pleasant stay with our family of five. What a great view from this Penthous! 」

「We booked a room for my wife, our teenage son and I. But When we arrived late in the evening we discovered that we only got two beds. So I had to call for them to get another bed. They were very quick to fix this. However, they forgot to add pillow and a blanket. I called them the follwing day, but we did not get blanket nor pillow. Only linens came. So it must have been some miscommunication, probably on my behalf. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room and nothing to hang our clothes...

「We were not expecting a miracle only a clean apartment would be sufficient. Unfortunately right after we first entered the apartment we were shocked a little - the floor dirty, all closets and their shelves full of dust, broken closet in bathroom. Mold in bathroom by the shower, the curtain all dirty and stained, toilet has not been cleaned in ages. The appliances, kitchen tools, cutlery in kitchen loathsome, sink and its drain full of hair and residues of food. Towels and bed sheets smelling...
