"This is one of the values I have had in a long time. This venue is clean and fairly well maintained. The staff was nice but its the area isn't the best nestled quaintly between a Waffle House a Motel 6 and an sketchy looking Chilie's. But, the rooms and lobby were very clean and well kept, the outside was decently well maintained. The pool has been filled in and now serves what what appeared to be a smoking and drinking deck. The breakfast was a below average but the coffee was good. For less than $70/nt, there isn't any reason to complain."

"The sofa was old, cushions flat. No space to walk between the bed & the AC unit. Bathtub had cracks in it but did no leak from what I could tell. The bed was great, pillows great, water pressure awesome, plenty of hot water. Room smelled okay. Didn’t try the breakfast was tired & the bed was too comfy. Checked out right at the last minute."

"Excellent country property overlooking a small family farm. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The property has a large front deck as well as an extra large back deck complete with rockers, so you can sit and enjoy some morning coffee while you watch the chickens with their chicks roam the ground below. Yes, there are some roosters but we couldn't hear a peep inside the home. There were also two young cows playing in the fenced area, two horses, and some barn cats. A rustic wooden barn was no more than 20 feet away. It was very peaceful and serene. The interior is an open floor plan and we had plenty of space for 6 people with room for more. Furniture is comfortable and we had a blast playing monopoly and eating leftovers from some great Cajun Louisiana restaurants nearby. Just a really great place to stay."
