「Location was perfect for what we needed. It was exceptionally clean which is much appreciated.」

「Everything was exactly as advertised. Polite and consistent communication from the host. Get the sounds and feeling of camping while having amenities. We would stay again.」

「Needed better planning on the TV, and railings on stairs, in the shower and such. Not a lot of space for a family. No dressers in bedrooms. Lights were darker. Shops in town don’t open until late afternoon and not until Wednesday. Need to let folks know there’s more going on the next town over with Walmart and shopping. Kids would be bored.」

「My sister and I visited Lexington for a girl’s trip! The loft was great for the most part. I have 1 major complaint and 1 minor complaint. The major complaint is that even though there is a mini-split air conditioning unit, it was not sufficient for the size of the loft because the bedroom did not get any of the air conditioning. That made sleeping very hot and uncomfortable. I think in the Fall when it is not hot or in the Spring before it has warmed up, the mini split works just fine. However,...

「Our stay was fantastic. Cute and cozy! Immaculately clean and well decorated! Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. The property is located in the historic district and walkable to the downtown area and to restaurants and a brewery. The host, Carrera, was very responsive and had helpful recommendations for restaurants. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.」

「We stayed for a weekend in October, and the rental worked out just fine as a "home base" for exploring Lexington and Red River Gorge. We stayed the weekend of Keeneland races and the price was very reasonable. There were several issues with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived (stained sheets and towels, smoky smells in the apartment, etc) but the host (Daniel) was very polite and responsive and offered to try to make it right when the issues were communicated. Another issue was that...

「Treetops Solar Sanctuary is located in an excellent neighborhood. Exactly as described. and had a great stay.」

「Great spot close to UK campus, Kroger Field, Hospitals, and downtown Lexington. HIGHLY recommend for a football weekend for its convenience. We were in-town for the UGA UK football game and would stay in this same place in two years if we make the return trip. Across the street is KSR bar which is a great sports bar for drinks pre/post game. Also, there were shuttle busses that you could hop on for $1/person that would take you closer to Kroger Field and back after the game. This saved us $$$ on...

「Overall was a nice place to stay a little smaller than expected. Older property appliances were updated everything worked as it should would have preferred a unit on 1st floor since there was no elevator and we are in our 60s but all in all well worth the price.」
