「The guest services was amazing from check-in. Requested late check out due to a late flight, there was a fee but they were able to help out. Room was cleaned daily, awesome ladies! 「Beautiful and clean property. Sometimes the hostesses at the pool were a bit rude and the cruise ships that stop directly in front of the hotel were distracting. Food and drinks are pricey but that’s to be expected. Other than that it’s a great place to stay when in Mykonos. 」

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes away from the city center and the lovely harbour in Nassau in a peaceful area. 「We absolutely loved The Costa Grand and Santorini. The Costa Grand was lovely, the staff polite and professional and very helpful. The restaurants were great. The only issue you may want to consider is the fact that the planes fly really low as it approaches the airport. It is quite noisy, although, you soon get used to it. We were touring around the island most of the day so it really didnt' bother us. 」
