"The place had the home feeling as well as the area is situated in. You get to see the locals using the beach as well as tourists. Simple place but with all you need and super clean. The reception was accomodating, helpful and really went the extra mile. The lady that was looking after the cleaning was so adorable, caring and present when needed, with a genuine pleasure to help. A feeling you can't find in many places.. Best to hire a car to explore the surroundings, a bus also operate nearby."

"great stay at Antonina hotel with family for 10 days in July. The hotel staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist in anyway. We had some lost bags on the flight to Naxos and Paulo the hotel manager really helped us with dealing with the airport and the airline. "I was nervous about this resort reading prior reviews. We were upgraded on check in to a sea view room, it was beautiful. The front desk staff were all very helpful and answered all my questions. Our check out was later on in the evening and the hotel gave us towels and a place to store our bags so we could enjoy another beach day. They also have a shower stall near the lobby. We used the loungers next door at yialo yialo for 30 euro each front row, 25 euro each for second row and back. Hotel transport contacted us via what’s app to arrange transfers. To town was 35 euro each way. From airport it was 40 euro. Breakfast was continental style buffet, a variety of choices. The beach and location were gorgeous. If you’re booking a budget room then expect that, that’s the same for any resort. If you book the sea view you should have no complaints. This was a great hotel for us (middle aged mom and teen daughter)."

"Everyone at the property was extremely welcoming and kind. The front reception lady was willing to help at all times to ensure we got the best experience at the island. The room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping daily. We were not able to connect to the WiFi unless we were near the front of the property or outside of our room. Centrally located. Near a market and the bus stop."

"Wonderful Stay and a Perfect Location in Santorini! I had a wonderful stay at Santorini Palace and truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect place to relax between exploring different parts of the island. I was placed in one of the modern rooms and I loved it! You have a private outdoor area and your own pool, shared with maybe like 10 other rooms or less. The intimate area is much smaller than the general pool area. I enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool. Starting my mornings with breakfast was lovely, the staff in Greece are truly the kindest and sweetest people. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated having such a comfortable place to return to after long days of exploring Santorini. The location was also excellent. I was able to easily walk into Fira and Firostefani, explore the surrounding areas, enjoy restaurants and nightlife, and access transportation to other parts of the island. Also, there’s a delicious authentic taverna next door, I highly recommend, Taverna Simos. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I always felt comfortable traveling and staying here as a solo traveler. From the concierge who provided all of the suggested places to visits, things to do, to the rest of the staff being very accommodating. Overall, Santorini Palace was a wonderful home base for my time in Santorini. I would absolutely recommend Santorini Palace."

"The breakfast was phenomenal! This is what made this hotel a 5 star hotel. The facilities and surroundings were also beautiful and very clean. Amazing views and great location---walking distance to all the tourist areas and restaurants. The spa was beautiful as well. However, the actual suite was quite small and the bathroom was a 4 star at most. The rain shower head did not distribute equal amounts of water. The housekeeping staff was not very good at refilling toiletries. The white towels looked quite old. They were not soft and looked a bit greyish in colour."
