"The was not breakfast like was advertised... not even coffee they said they were out of supplies... we waited almost an hour to check in... I want a refund this is a terrible hotel and you should remove from your website"

"There is not staff at the Jaxon. You sign in on-line and get a room code to access your room. They do monitor the parking lot as I upgraded to a reserved spot and received a text at 10:45 pm to ask about my vehicle. My room was very small, on the side of the hotel with one small window and no light. The bathroom barely had room to turn around. But the kitchen was very nice. The beds are comfy and the towels are very nice. Plenty of plugs near (and in) the bed for charging phone, watch, computer and other items. But I was only there for work for two nights and it was fine. My co-worker had a larger room which was much nicer. I had a little time one morning and walked around the area. Not too much in terms of shops, but otherwise very cute side streets."

"The host contacted me in timely fashion. I wouldn't consider this property charming. The toilet seat doesn't have a lid, broken. No towel bars in bathroom, or were there any hand towels or wash cloths. Kitchen didn't have any dish towels. I bought my own hand towels, wash cloths, and dish towels. No top sheet on the bed, just the blanket. Since there were three bedrooms, I would assume that dish and silverware would be at least 6 items. Only 4 bowls, plates, and small plates. Only one teaspoon, 3 coffee mugs, and the house had an odor that I couldn't pin down. TV in the kitchen didn't work, and the remote for the large TV was missing. He did provide me with a space heater after the morning temperature in the house was 53. All in all not very pleasant."

"The carets in our room were dirty. Made our socks black. The hotel was quiet. The property is aged but seems t be maintained. We did not use the pool. The breakfast was just average. Parking was tight but we made it work. It was conveniently located. "

"Everything was good, staff was friendly, & the location was perfect for where we were going. The room did feel humid at first, but one the air was on, it was fun. "
